If you experience a technical issue (e.g., file won’t open, download link is broken), contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge without contacting us first or with false intent (e.g., receiving the product but falsely claiming you didn’t), you will be banned from making future purchases on this site.
